Free delivery is available on many of our items to the majority of England. Depending on the products ordered, an additional charge will apply to parts of the UK. Please, get in touch to check.
How long will it take?
Our standard delivery for in-stock items is 3-5 working days, though this may vary by product. Estimated delivery times are indicated on each product page. For bespoke orders requiring custom powder coating, the process may extend the delivery time. Please contact us for specific delivery schedules on such orders.
We commit to timely deliveries. If an item is out of stock for an extended period, our team will keep you informed about the status of your order and manufacturing updates.
Can you do emergency expedited shipping and installation?
We understand that sometimes, you may need a product urgently. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please contact us to discuss your requirements, and we will do our best to help. Yes! Just let us know what you need and how soon you need it, and we'll see what we can offer. We have been known to work through the night to finish projects on time, and it's more common than you might think.
Is there anything I should be aware of about the delivery?
Yes, please be aware we transport most of our products by truck. This means that we need suitable access to the place of delivery. Additionally, our drivers may be unable to move your goods far from the vehicle. Please notify us in advance by getting in touch if there are likely any issues with receiving the delivery from certain types of vehicles like, for example, side-loading trucks.
Installation
We're pleased to offer installation services as part of a full quotation. Do let us know about your project – we’re here to help and will respond swiftly. Each project is unique, and we consider aspects such as travel time and the size of your order. Sometimes, it might make more sense financially to use a local contractor to do the works but we'll always advise you honestly if this is the case.
